Planning a party to celebrate the birthday of a person who is one or ninety-nine requires a certain number of supplies. Some of the required supplies may be different for persons of different ages, but there are some of the birthday supplies that you will need no matter what the person’s age.

What would a birthday party be without balloons? If you choose to use air filled balloons they will need to be taped or tied into place. Helium filled balloons can be left floating to the ceiling with streamers hanging down or can be tied into place. If using as centerpieces, you can use beanies or other small weighted items to hold balloons in place. Just be sure that your weights are heavy enough that the balloons do not lift them off the table.
Whatever theme you choose, birthday parties are about a celebration. Whatever birthday is being celebrated, it is the only time the person will be that age, so work to be sure that he or she has a great time during the celebration. If the person celebrating the birthday is having fun, then it is very likely that everyone in attendance at the party will be having a great time.
